Have not received product, have received no response to emails, telephone line 'temporarily' disconnected.

General Comments
I ordered two pairs of boots in May 2008, paying by credit card. It is now Sept 25th and I have received no boots and no contact. I have emailed and attempted to phone several times and received no response whenever I have tried. I have lost all hope of seeing these boots and am now just trying to find a way to get my money back.
