when your product breaks down their aftersales service is appalling!!!
General Comments
Their aftersales team and service is the worst I have experienced from a manufacturer. After two months of having this product it brokedown and from that point onwards I have had various contact with their aftersales team. They are bad when it comes to providing customer service. They have been so many problems and despite the oven being under warranty the solution by them was to purchase a new £700 oven from them!!!!! However, one of the most frustrating ongoing problems has been they send out their engineers on the wrong day with no parts to fix the problem. This has happened on several occasions, and despite my calm protests about having to organise a member of my family to wait in all day (as my husband and i work full-time), they are not at all apolgetic or helpful to the situation. Luckily, I have logged all issues with this company and have now put together a detailed letter to a well-known consumer TV show.
