Bad Points
Wow, this place is very busy compared to the much smaller dealership I have been going to for 10 years. I hope the approach of the former Cedarbrae staff is maintained in this much more corporate environment.

General Comments
I am a VW customer from Cedarbrae VW, which recently closed. I was always treated well there. When it recently closed, my service advisor and the service manager moved over to Don Valley VW and brought their great customer service skills with them. In my first visit, staff I didn't know introduced themselves to me, went out of their way to be helpful and accommodated me when I wanted to deliver winter wheels tires (in a borrowed truck since my convertible can't hold them) so I could come by the next day and get them put on. The same great service and personal attention I got at Cedarbrae, from the same folks and some new ones. I love my car, and get good advice from these people about what is a worthwhile expenditure and what isn't.

Don Valley VW is closer to my home than the dealership I have been going to for the past 10 years. That one, Cedarbrae recently closed. Originally, I choose Cedarbrae for the good customer service and came to Don Valley because two of my favourite staff went over there.

Even when I showed up without an appointment on a Monday morning, with winter wheels/tires to put on, wanting to drop them off and come back later with my car to have them put on, I was graciously received, the wheels stored for me until my appointment, and my service advisor checked to make sure I didn't have any urgent issues that couldn't wait until later.
