Good Points
Lots of information in the FAQ's. Emailed me back within 2 hours of my enquiry. Seem to be a friendly bunch of guys.

Bad Points
There must be something, but can't think of anything just now.

General Comments
The prices at www. webhosters.com are average, their up time good. Their FAQ's answered all of my questions and were informative. They have several ways of contacting support and getting help including phone, email, msn and help desk. Their responses are very good and their staff friendly and helpful.
