Bad Points
Lasted just over 1 year, then high temperature light on permanently. Food not frozen.

General Comments
My Hotpoint FZA34 freezer lasted just over 12 months and that was it. Customer services dept seemed not interested. Call out charge £89.99, payable in advance, whether the freezer can be repaired or not.
Terrible freezer, poor company.
Avoid at all costs.
