I bought MC250 as recommended by my plumber about 10 years ago and had constant problems from valve being replaced to the cabinet in the kitchen being flooded. The service from Culligan was good but expensive and with the latest flooding incident due to faulty valve I have decided to buy a new one but not an MC350.



The MC250 required regular repair and therefore decided to take out a maintenance contract but that is not being renewed since the machine is over 10 years old. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
