“Unfortunately, because I used my office e-mail address...”

Unfortunately, because I used my office e-mail address I have been unable to track my order in spite of forwarding River Island's e-mail to my private e-mail. There should be a link on the actual site so one can easily track one's order. Customer services is only open during regular office hours so not always possible to call. The item is unavailable in-store so had to be ordered on-line but I will not be able to give it to my nephew for Christmas as I am due to leave for my holiday tomorrow as it has not yet arrived. I placed my order a week ago and it was indicated that delivery would be 3-4 days. Cannot honestly comment on value for money as I've not seen the item to judge but was forced to rate the item.
