“I love the Clothes and every month i buy some clothes...”

I love the Clothes and every month i buy some clothes but everytime i try to there is some kind of problem. initially the first thing that irritates me is that you look through the entire website clicking on add to basket the things that you like. Get to your basket to make your final decisions but you cant click on the items to see what they were or anything so i end up getting rid of most of it. Second thing is i have to unblock popups and it redoes the website so i have to redo all the putting the clothes in the basket AGAIN. then once iv done my card details etc it just either said card details dont work card not accepted or some rubbish like that (when i know it works) or it just doesnt load after i compelte the details. Any emails i have sent to them i have never ever had any replies regarding my order. most of the time by the time the website works my size is out of stock or something. It takes them about 3/4 working days to even send the parcel out and that the rubbish service they use takes them about a week or so to even get here.



Basically where i live need to get a River island as the Website is pointless and annoying!
