I had nearly been put off from buying from this site, as a friend spent £200 on items that never actually left the warehouse, even though she'd got an email to say they'd been dispatched, and taken the money.

She eventually got a refund after 3 weeks.

I love a lot of the clothes from River Island so it would have been a shame to let that get in the way. The website was a bit of a nightmare to navigate, but I was happy with the delivery time and packaging. But looking at previous reviews, perhaps I would have thought again about buying from them.
