No address for United Airlines Customer Relations. Impossible to get a real person on the telephone!

Unable to contact United Airlines in person.

General Comments
I have a travel certificate I received for being bumped from a United flight. I am unable to use it because no one at United wants to take responsibility for processing the travel certificate. I am unable to find a valid address for United Airlines Customer Relations, and the address on their website is invalid. My mail was returned to me with "No Such Address" on it.



It is ridiculous that one cannot contact a live person. The voice mail options do not allow you to contact a representative in person, and they do not allow you to ask how to redeem the travel certificate.



This is just a bizarre system of customer avoidance!!
