Good Points
Did well for a few weeks

Bad Points
Bought 18/02/08,No heat in washer 16/04/08,not happy reported on the22/04/08,I was told I would get service sometime on the 29/04/08,Not much service for a brand new machine what do you think.

General Comments
I have called the shop where I bought it they will make contact next day A little worried as I have bought other Hot point appliances ,I hope they work a little Longer,
