I can thoroughly recommend this machine. I am a dressmaker and alway have something on the go. I bought this machine about 5 years ago while I was seaking a replacement machine and I am extremely happy with it in every way. It is very quiet, easy to thread, extremely light weight and astonishly robust. The only one thing I would say is, for me, it is a bit slow when making large items but then for precise jobs - absolutely ideal. I have never needed Service & Support so unable to rate that section
