I recently ordered a raincoat in the sale. When it arrived it was not the one that was shown on their internet site. There was no explanation that it was a different item to that which I ordered. I tried to telephone customer service but after holding for 10 minutes abandoned call and sent an e-mail instead. After about a week and two further e-mails I received a reply that the correct coat had been ordered. I received that coat in due course but they had charged the full price. Sent another e-mail querying price. No response after 7 days, so phoned CS, who told me that coat had never been in the sale and that she would look into it and phone back. I received no call and no e-mail so I am going to sent back the item and close my account.
