General Comments
I rang Next and ordered some curtains on line having made previous enquiries about their delivery. I was told on 2 occasions that delivery would be made the next day.

I duly waited in and finally rang at 7 p.m. only to be told they were sorry but that was not always the case despite their original assurances of next day delivery.

As a result I have been told that delivery may take place within the next couple of days.

My advice is don't ask for delivery to your door unless you are willing to wait in for delivery indefinitely!
