Good Points
It was cheap and energy and water efficient when it worked

Bad Points
It broke down twice in the first year (once after about two weeks and once 4 days before the warranty expired). Same fault both times.

General Comments
BEKO were very unhelpful and unresponsive upon the second breakdown.
