Zanussi/Electrolux ZNB 4051 fridge freezer. A disappointing 2 years with this product! After 9 months of low usage (just standing around, keeping things frozen) the freezer packed up/died/cut out. Remedied by a free insider tip from a compassionate Zanussi engineer via a sympathetic Comet customer services rep.(defrosted the frost-free by switching off for 4 days!) Four months later, the fridge temp rose to +9! Emptied out to borrowed fridge to decide what to do. 5 days later, temperature resumed to '-2'. sometimes smells 'warm', though...not right.

Three/four months later temp rose to +9...same situation...resumed to '2'.

NEVER experienced this prob with any Hotpoints or 20 year old Electrolux!! I think: Bye bye Zanussi...Never again!!
