Good Points
The price of the bundle deal is fantastic, but its a shame it doesn't always works.
Bad Points
Won't connect you up, terrible customer service, engineers don't always come out, charging without service.
General Comments
Where to start! I signed up about 6 weeks ago for the Virgin Media phone, broadband and cable TV and it was meant to be all up and running a month ago. I have been repeatedly promised to be connected, engineers don't always come out, the north London area manager is was rude, vague, and unable to help or make sure I'm connected. I'm a freelancer and I rely on having a phone and this is driving me mad, I wouldn't recommend Virgin Media.
