Good Points
None, I waited for 17 days for delivery of a partial order, which I think they thought was complete!

Bad Points
Only got half my order and can't get hold of them to chase the missing item.

General Comments
I think Bump2Babe are bad news, there are other message boards running stories on this company about similar problems, and since Friday, when I first started chasing my order, their eBay shop has closed and they've not replied to emails and the contact number does not work.
