Good Points
Heats up quickly. Ceramic pallets are better than metal ones.

Bad Points
Heat is not adjustable. It gets as hot as 210 degrees, but I know that because I have fragile slightly damaged hair that I should go for 190 to 200 degrees only. 210 is best for coarse or frizzy hair.

General Comments
I have a wide Genie Ceramic Straightener to create big waves. As a beginner and rather a 'clumsy' one, I got wonderful result. I'm so content.
