“La Redoute has shocking service, poor quality...”

La Redoute has shocking service, poor quality clothing, unhelpful policies that ensure you'll be frustrated with any dealings with them.

I tried to cancel my order when it hadn't even begun to be processed 3 days after I placed it. They refused to let me cancel my order and delivered it 2 weeks late whilst I was on holidays (left it with my neighbours despite me asking them not to deliver it in the first place). Apparently they don't have good communication ties with their courier service, and take absolutely NO responsibility for their courier.

5 months later, they are trying to collect money for my goods that I never wanted, tried to cancel numerous times before they were even sent, and then tried another number of times to get them to take them back. and now they're sending me overdue payment notices.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, avoid at all costs; they make my blood boil.
