I purchased hotpoint thinking it was good quality, big mistake!! after 2 years and 11 visits from engineers I finally managed to get a replacement (another hotpoint, great!!)enginerers well aware of very common faults with this dryer. I wonder how long it would be for the replacement to pack up??!! thank god for extended warranty is all I can say, well worth the extra £50!!
