Just returned from a long weekend break from parkdean torquay with family. Found the camp to be clean and tidy but very hilly and isolated (down a very narrow country lane) so car essential. The caravan was fine. We found the evening entertainment very good. we went half board, having stayed at the parkdean at mullion (where the food was excellent) we were disappointed with the restaurant here. There was no daily carvery as stated on the half board example menu and a plated roast dinner wasn't offered. The diner was very small and was part of the only bar on site during the day ( so if the football was on you would be lucky to get a table at all). The actual food was'nt bad but the service was very slow and we found that the choices were quite limited ( mainly fried stuff)so we were pleased that we had only booked a long weekend.
