General Comments
I've ordered twice from La Redoute: the first time I ordered online and the delivery took 5 weeks although all the goods ordered appeared on the website as available for shipping within 24 hours... the second order I placed in September this year and I still haven't received anything: they sent the parcel to the wrong address and someone signed for it. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen, 2 1/2 months, 7 e-mails, 2 calls and 1 letter afterwards I haven't been refunded, I have no idea what is going to happen and it is becoming ridiculous. I will NEVER order from them again and wouldn't advise anyone to!
