Good Points
None for me so far

Bad Points
No customer support - I emailed twice and as far as I am aware never heard back from them.
Games never shipped in my opinion - I went weeks with no game (even though my queue had 15 games waiting). Of course, you can't get a partial refund for the time that you don't have a game.

General Comments
This is the worst on-line business experience that I have ever had. (other than buying a computer on ebay from a non-company).



I ended up renting the games I wanted to play from blockbuster, or I just bought the games.



This has been a complete waste of money for me! I would recommend to not use GottaPlay.
