Booked though Hays Travel for a Gold Trail holiday, Gold trail went bust before I flew.

Hays Travel took over 4 months to send the paperwork to the CAA and I still have not heard a word about my refund over 6 months after the event.

Avoid them like the plague, they are all very nice until they have your money then they are very unhelpfull.
