i booked a flight to zante on monday 16th august for sunday 5th september 4 adults 1 child and one infant, i got a phone call tuesday tea time saying that kiss flights had gone bust, i was gutted, i was told to go to shefffield office this morning which i did and was dealt with by a lovely young lady by the name of laura who managed to sort another flight out for us for the same day, ok it cost me another 240 pound and as i live in manchester the nearest office would of been bolton but i wasnt told that at the time, i would really like to thank laura from the sheffield office for sorting this out for us. well done laura your a credit to hays travel thankyou very much lyn ogden
