“Disgusting Service”

My son ordered a bouquet of flowers for me for Mother's Day as he was abroad on the day. The flowers arrived but no card. He also believed his order included free chocolates and they failed to arrive too. He contacted them when he got home. The card subsequently arrived 10 days late! An e-mail said the order did not qualify for chocolates, even though my son was convinced the website promised these. The flowers are only just over a week old and are practically dead. Very poor service from a big company. Will definitely never Moonpig again.
