Hoorendous customer service, automated rubbish mostly which they ask you again when you eventually get to speak to someone. 100% cancelling, they're getting worse but the cost is going up.
if you aren't getting the service promised then cancelling early should be acceptable.
so, so, so, so, so, so bloody aweful i had to wait until i got in my office to write this review as the broadband is that bad.
