We purchased a icandy Apple 9 months ago.

After reading the reviews on it we notciced that there was not many positives about the aftercare. but decided that we would go ahead with it, after using the maxi cosi care seat and then the carrycot we had no problems.

unitll we got to the pushchiar, and one of the clips broke which secure the pushchair to the base.

Knowing this was under warrenty still, we tried to contact icandy direct which was not easy, and with out seeing it they insisted that it was customer misuse, The retailer checked this for us as well and they had the same answer from icandy.

Disapointing as they want us to pay for new part and to pay for the carriage and inspection to tell us it was customer misuse.

the after care support is just not there and after spending £800 on this system i would not reccommend it again to some one else. for a product that is ment to last for four years i am very disapointed.
