wish i had read comments before ordering.
I am a positive person and emails received were "are you serious" when asked for a refund for unwrapped, opened, not boxed, stale perfume. Very unprofessional and lacking customer service skills and negative people skills.
What you see online advertising was not what I received.
I am now looking for a job in Nell Butler's recycled perfume business as I will improve the customer service dept.
Web site great, posting quick, response time fantastic, packaging super but customer service needs addressing and product physically unacceptable.
