Used them as it was convenient for my elderly mother (87 years)
She was informed that the car had failed its MOT, this was late in the afternoon, it was even later that servicingstop contacted her.
I had asked her to contact me with the details of the work and price to sort the MOT. When she informed the male person from the company he frightened my Mum by stating that it was illegal and dangerous to use the car without an MOT. She knew that, but insisted on payment for the MOT and service. I tried to contact the company but after 20 minutes holding the service became unavailable. Why could the male not wait until she had spoken to me before making a decision?. I sent an e mail asking them to contact me, still waiting, but have paid the bill. Spoke to the garage about the extra for the oil, they stated all newer cars us synthetic oil and that servicing stop should include it in the price, not maybe?.
Final cost more than I pay from a reputable garage for my car.
Will never use again.
