3rd time I have used EBC brakeshop. Clear website and spec makes sure you get the right parts. Delivery was fast and the courier turned up in the time frame stated. Full fitting instructions (if you need them) are included in the box. My 18 month old C-Max now has better brakes than when new. Front brake pads for under £30 and an hour of my time to fit (qualified mechanic in a previous life!) local Ford dealer quoted me £180 to do the same thing..... no brainer. Highly recommended.
