“AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!”

AVOID this company! They tried to sell me over £200 worth of unnecessary work. They are very clever at implying that it needs to be done stating that it showed up on a report but all the extra work is totally UNNECESSARY! When they dropped off my car they failed to tell me they scratched the car up the side of my driveway. After calling on several occasions and being promised several callbacks (which did not happen) the MANAGER said to me on the phone "I understand you are upset but from what I can see it's only a scratch on your car." They did agree to have it fixed free of charge (like they were doing me a favour) and they would leave me a car whilst mine was in the garage. When my car was collected the guy had no idea I was supposed to have a car left for me to use so rang his boss who agreed he could leave the garages car so I could get to work. The car was absolutely filthy and covered with oil and the petrol light came on as I started to drive ( not the fault of the garage or mechanic, they had no idea I was supposed to have access to a car) I had to put bags on the seat so I did not ruin my suit. The communication and customer service from Servicing Stop is atrocious! My advice AVOID unless you want to be charged for unnecessary work or have your car damaged, or BOTH!
