“Shocking, dishonest, disingenuous company”

I spent thousands with them on a new bathroom order. Delivery was 3 weeks late Many of the products were really low quality. One product, a bath waste cost over £140 and it didn't fit the bath, despite the website claiming it would. I could not get money back after hours on the phone to customer services, even though website was wrong. A waste which did fit was bought elsewhere for £30 as the plumbers were on site and it was needed quickly.

I was grossly overcharged for initial delivery and they would not refund, even though delivery was so slow. Worst company i have ever dealt with. Do not believe the well known review website where the company pays and can choose which reviews it wants to post, where VP gets nearly 5 stars. Victorian Plumbing is a truly terrible company. Never be tempted to buy from them. Compare them with say Screwfix, where even many weeks down the line i have never had a problem getting my money back for whatever the reason for returning the product.
