Bosch oven failed almost immediately. Reaction from Currys was to instantly offload to Bosch - not even a question. I tried for consumer rights refund but the answer was, effectively, 'you'll have to wait until a Bosch engineer accepts the fault and a refund is authorised from Bosch'. I tried persisting on my rights, which resulted in one lady hanging up and a 'manager' offering individual attention and a promise of a bypass of the system. Of course I never heard from her again. My attention was drawn to their small print, which says that they reserve the right to confirm the fault - my attention was never brought to this detail. My point is that at no time did any Currys staff member accept 'Ownership' of my problem, leaving us without an oven for 10 days. STAY AWAY.
