Having lost my phone and Talktalk not being able to help, I have ordered a new phone requesting to keep my existing number. It's only after the order process is complete that you find the phone will arrive without a sim!
I now have the task of trying to get Talktalk to send me a replacement sim and using their premium charge number to contact them.
Why don't you have a sleek, customer focussed protocol for people who stupidly lose their phone?
