bought 3 items on 21/03 value £95 when got home noticed I picked up wrong
size, went back 25/3 to shop bought at thornaby Teesside they did not have size that I needed , asked for refund and I was refused said would have to put on gift card ! I was told at time I could have refund or gift card this is terrible service if item was over 28 days would understand it . if I bought the item on line I would have got a refund back to the card I paid with totally out of order should be the same in store , phoned customer service and that was a waste of time all they said was will pass your comments on to the supervisor she did not even ask my name or email address , once spent the money on gift card will never shop in store again they should close them if this is the attitude
