I would give the Optometrist 5 well merited stars for her excellent and professional care, but the customer care in the Bicester shop is very lacking. I was kept waiting for my eye test and saw a person with an appointment set after my time being dealt with before me. I was put off by this but decieded it was probably an oversight. I was subsequently assured that my lenses could be fitted whilst waiting, so when I received a phone call informing me that my lenses had arrived, and could be fitted when I could get to the shop, I made arrangements all day to get a lift to town. This is necessary at the moment because I am unable to drive because of an injury to my right shoulder. After all the trouble I had to get to the shop, I am told that, after all, this could not be done that day. I call this disrespect. And I am sure Vision Express have seen the last of my money. Just because I am an elderly woman should I tolerate such treatment from anyone! This woman says NO!
