I have been wearing Gudrun clothes for more years than I can remember. I really like the products but if I have had occasion to deal with Gudrun UK by 'phone or email, usually I am left with a very bad feeling. The attitude has always been defensive and surly. I am not sure if Gudrun at head office in Sweden see these reviews but it would be useful if they did so they would do something about it. Once recently I had to return the wrong shoes which had been sent and on that occasion I was greeted with helpfulness, I thought there had been change, but last week when I queried the promoted 'Free Delivery Offer' because it was not free except to a pick-up spot. I had to really stress my point that the advert did not say delivery was only free to a collection point. I won on this occasion, but it should not be a battle. I was given a Gudrun gift this weekend by a friend. It does not fit. I wrote to Gudrun saying all tags, ribbon, tissue paper were as new, but no joy the would not take it back unless I gave it back to my friend to return. It is not an option. It will be given to charity. I ask myself why I still buy from Gudrun UK. I have emails going back years which highlight bad customer care. Why don't Sweden do anything about it?
