“Poor services”

I absolutely dread having any interaction with Metropolitan Housing. They require better standards when it comes to repairs and attending these appointments. You could be waiting weeks for a repair and the contractors don't arrive or contact you to tell you they won't be attending. It's happened to me 4 times now and I've waited in for 2 days and no one has turned up. They don't contact you but reschedule an appointment regardless if your availability.

They really need to consider whether there employees/contractors are capable of doing the job.
