Made a booking back in January which clearly stated No Deposit. 2 weeks later I received an email from the villa company stating they would be taking a 50% deposit 30 days prior to my visit. I contacted booking.com who assured me it was all sorted out and no deposit would be taken, To my surprise £780 has been debited from my account by the villa company. Booking.com have done nothing to resolve this. Their customer service skills are laughable. I would hit book with them again ever!!!!!!!!
