first this website is my worse nightmare, I get a hit in the head and decide to pruchase from Net-A-Proter website .

At first I thought it will be ok and it's normal to check my information day or two then i mailed customer service to see what's is up with my shipPment they kept me waitting for another 48 hour then i got answer that requir another address why ??! ( i don't know but give them the address that work best for me ) and they refused and ask me for my same billing address i live in qatar and this will take ages the mail service is bad hear so i choose an altrantive like aramex never had a proplem before in internet pruchase till now!!



please we need better customer service And Better Designer website .



SO I'll NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN (i'll cancel my order and ask for a refund).
