Thought this process would be simple. The prices changed multiple times and they continually got the number of people staying in the room wrong. When asking questions we would get referred to call the hotel and when contacting the hotel they would say we had to talk to booking.com to start this awful process all over again. Terrible from a customer service aspect and quite frankly a huge pain in ass to get a room. NEVER AGAIN will we use booking.com!
