Having sent my phone to another company and getting a price offered for my phone at a third of what was originally quoted I was determined to get what my phone was worth. My horror when sending the phone to realise I hadn't included the email offer and my details within the package. A quick email to support and they located my phone, only to provide me with the full price quoted and payment. Definitely will use again!
