“Misleading on line colours”

I ordered a Utility jacket in Khaki. It arrived (abroad) quite within a week. The colour was a more yellowy green than the picture, which didn't suit me, and military looking. The fit was perfect (size 12) and the quality reasonable for 50euro.
I returned it at a cost of 9 euro. I decided to order the "stone" which looks almost white on line, at least it would be easier to wear in the Spring/summer. My original payment was refunded within a week. However, this "stone" Utility jacket can only be described as beige or porridge. The quality of the material is not as good, being thinner, and the jacket (size 12)is too big for me and shapeless. At 9 euro for postage, I won't send it back, but it will have to be altered to fit properly. I'm very disappointed.
