“Very professional, kind, patience. ”

Dear all.

This gentleman has booked several trips for me in the past, Went I lost my mom, he was very kind, understanding and very very professional. I can tell he was trying his best to help me.

We even shared how many children we have, while he stay focus trying to get the best routes and prices.

I used worked in customer service and I don't see that type of service anymore.

He deserve a promotion and a raise.
