“Perfect Internet Purchase Experience”

I was very impressed with my first experience of using The Watch Shop. From the point of ordering I was updated on the status of the order every step of the way. The use of Royal Mail tracked delivery also kept me fully informed about when the watch would be delivered. The watch was perfect and the whole transaction was a perfect example of what an internet purchase should be like.
