Have purchased two flights from this online travel agency, both at different times. The first time, I didnt need to contact customer service at all, the process was very smooth. The flight was even 30% cheaper than other online travel agency.



The second time, I had to contact customer service via email and the experience I must say was excellent in my book. They replied and solve the issue quickly. The customer service rep that assisted me with the issue I had with flight was professional and courteous. Issue didn't cause any delays in flight.



Would recommend this online travel agency to others. Will use again.



FYI: THE FAQ section is great to review before purchasing ticket, it will provided most of the usually questions without having to contact customer service. I choose to contact customer service just to double myself and the information that was on FAQ section.
