“Really bad customer service”

I tried to spend my hard earned cash buying clothes for my teenage daughter. When trying to place an order a credit check was done to open an account and subsequently denied even though I was not applying for credit i wanted to pay cash!! On phoning the company I was advised that unfortunatley without an account I can't place an order so after being on hold for 30 minutes trying to place an order and pay cash for it I am still unable to get the items I want..I have NEVER come across a company before that will not let you buy goods for cash and appear to purely want your business on credit only (if untrue why not accept cash payments?) happy to take my business elsewhere. Warning to others though, unless you want to pay interest for your purchases steer clear of studio.co.uk as why else can you not place an order and pay cash??
