Good Points
It is light weight.

Bad Points
Very low volume Ring Tones. Problem with Hearing in low Signal areas.

General Comments
I recommend not to purchase the Samsung N500 mobile as there is a problem in hearing the voice of caller. Some time I am unable to hear the callers voice but the caller can very well hear me.
